In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phswete," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phswete online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phswete platform.
• "Platform" refers to the phswete website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at phswete.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the phswete platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's phswete account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by Philippine regulations.

By accessing the phswete platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the phswete Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phswete platform and close your account. Continued use of phswete following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) phswete account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. phswete employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your phswete account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party.

• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your phswete account — is prohibited.

phswete reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Players who fail to complete KYC verification may have their accounts restricted or closed.

phswete supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the phswete cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are generally credited to your phswete account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• phswete does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• phswete does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes.

phswete offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• phswete reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phswete may void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

All games available on phswete are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

• phswete uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phswete reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded — due to connectivity issues or otherwise — will be voided.
• phswete's records of game outcomes and transaction logs shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. phswete is not responsible for errors made by players in placing bets, including selecting incorrect bet amounts or game options.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phswete platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple phswete accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using phswete to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phswete platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phswete platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phswete staff or other players through any communication channel.

phswete is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phswete platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phswete platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phswete content without prior written consent.
• Use phswete trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Create derivative works based on phswete content or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phswete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phswete does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phswete's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits phswete's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

phswete reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, phswete may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is initiated by phswete for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your phswete account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phswete operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of phswete complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

phswete reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the phswete platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phswete and may request account closure.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
